Absolutely love the staff here. Everyone is so patient, helpful and made you feel confident with your care. Stephanie and Endy at the front desk made the start of the process so easy, even with phones ringing you never felt rushed, and setting up appointments, payment plan options, etc they made the whole process so easy. Dr. Osseiran and her assistant nautica took such good care of me. I was going in for extractions, which should have made me nervous but they were kind, answered all my questions, and just made me feel at ease. I had to reschedule my appointment, not any fault of their own but they helped keep me encouraged, weighed all options for me and worked around my schedule to get me back in for the procedure. Thank you to the staff at winter haven modern dentistry!

I transferred here from another dentist that I was very disappointed with. I was so impressed with the service. The staff is very pleasant and easy to talk to. They gave options and processed dual ins. They worked with me on cost and payments and were completely transparent on treatment and pricing. Whether you are going for a simple cleaning or intense treatment, this is the only place you should consider.
