Saturday morning I broke a tooth and was really nervous about getting it taken care of. Stephanie was so kind to me when I called and got me a same-day appointment. Dr. Osseiran and their team were absolutely amazing! Amazing X-rays and pictures of my tooth were done quickly, the team explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Everyone in the office was friendly and professional; I highly recommend to everyone I see.

New to Polk County and needed to establish care…I landed in the right place! Walked in and was greeted with a smiling Stephanie. She took her time verifying all my information was correct. Then, after a very short wait, was met by Nautica. Very sweet and attentive; helped get me situated through all my new x-rays. Headed down the hall for an exam with Dr. Boswell. Great chair-side manor, eye contact, thorough exam, took time to explain the findings, and we conversed about a plan of action. I finished up with their Customer Care Coordinator Ashley who worked with me on scheduling my procedures to best fit my time. I highly recommend the office staff!

I had a wonderful experience at Modern Dentistry in Winter Haven! After having previous negative experience elsewhere that left me with extreme anxiety...I was a mess going in. Everything was made all the worse by debilitating pain. From the moment I stepped through the door, Nautica and Dr. O were amazing! Not only were they knowledgeable and professional, they were so kind, caring and patient. Both had wonderful bedside manner. They were able to talk me through everything, calm my nerves and ease my pain. I highly recommend!
