Our journey led us to Winter Haven Modern Dentistry. While we did not always experience the best customer service, we were fortunate to find someone who truly listened to our concerns and helped make a difficult process more manageable. Alongside Dr. Osseiran and other staff members, this support made my husband’s dental journey far more bearable. ENDY— you are amazing! I saw a dentist who made me feel ashamed of my teeth and extremely pressured to move forward with treatment. Instead of feeling supported, I felt judged. I was told things like, “Do you want to walk around with no teeth?” and “If you had the money, would you fix your teeth?” and I left that appointment in tears. As someone who already struggles with health anxiety and a fear of the dentist, that experience was incredibly discouraging. It did not just make me not want to return to this office, it made me not want to go to a dentist at all. I left feeling embarrassed, overwhelmed, and honestly defeated. Fast forward to March 2026. I had a dental emergency and needed to be seen quickly. After calling around, I decided to take a chance and try this office one more time with a different provider. That decision completely changed everything. Dr. Alia Osseiran is without a doubt the best dentist I have ever seen. From the moment I met her, I felt a level of kindness, patience, and understanding that I had not experienced before. I opened up about my anxiety and she truly listened without judgment. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I felt comfortable, and even gave me thoughtful advice on how to start rewiring my mindset around dental visits by pairing them with something positive afterward. That level of care meant more to me than I can put into words. I had to undergo a surgical extraction and she was incredible the entire time, talking me through every step, explaining what I might hear or feel, and making sure I never felt alone or overwhelmed. Because of her, I no longer feel afraid to continue taking care of my teeth. That is something I never thought I would say. The front desk staff were also kind, welcoming, and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. I am sharing this because my experiences at this office were completely different depending on the provider. One left me in tears and afraid to return, and the other restored my trust in dental care entirely. I am truly grateful I gave this office another chance, and I cannot recommend Dr. Osseiran enough.
